Covid-19 Vaccines

We’re here to inform about the benefit of getting vaccinated and to help stop the pandemic with Covid-19 vaccinations.

The Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) declared a public health emergency on January 31, 2020 in response to COVID-19.  On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization announced that the Covid-19 outbreak can be categorized as a pandemic.

As of March 1, 2021,  after at least 2.53 million deaths worldwide and 512,000 deaths in the U.S. caused by Covid-19, three versions of Covid-19 vaccines are available:

  • The two-injection Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine with an efficacy rate of 95%,
  • The two-injection Moderna vaccine with an efficacy rate of 94.1% and
